What to expect from Apple Watch Series 7

Even though the Apple Watch Series 7 is still far away from release, there are a lot of rumors and leaks with regards to its upcoming features and specifications. The Apple Watch Series 7 is a continuation of the Apple Watch Series 6, which may feature several upgrades to the sensors, displays, battery life, and other noteworthy upgrades. Mental health features in a smartwatch are first introduced with Fitbit Sense, which sparked the rumor about their inclusion with Apple’s latest smartwatch product. Apple might keep a stable lead when it comes to health and life saving capabilities, so the time is ripe to expand to mental health features as well. These features are not unfounded either, since it has been leaked by reputable sources. With these features, your smartwatch will be capable of detecting and notifying you of incoming stress, panic attacks, and other mental health related problems. This will certainly come in handy if you are having trouble dealing with those
